SIP Registration -What registration is for and how it works, when registration is used and when it is not used.
Call flows - Registration, Basic call setup, Call to busy user, Unanswered call, Call hold, Call transfer, Call forward, Forking and mobility.
Fax over IP- T.30, T.37, T.38, G.711 Pass through.
Practical’s include Configuration of: IP Phones, Analogue gateways (FXS and FXO) and ISDN to SIP gateways - Fault finding, Registration problems, CODEC negotiation problems, Fax problems, NAT problems, DTMF problems
Hands on configuration of Enterprise SBC's from multiple vendors.
